Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 natural day. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next calendar day. Processing does not include weekends or holidays. In case of unusually high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you via email if additional time is needed.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the continental United States only. Free shipping applies only to the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor islands, or military bases. P.O. boxes and other restricted addresses are not supported.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 10–12 natural days to eligible destinations in the continental U.S. Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspection, public holidays, weather conditions, airline delays, or other unexpected factors.

All shipping fees are applied automatically at checkout based on order value and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours. You can track your shipment at https://www.17track.net/en. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as changes cannot be made after shipment.
Shipping Limitations
No custom products are offered, and no modifications can be made once the order is shipped. Delivery timelines may vary depending on carrier availability and destination.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears delayed or lost, please check the tracking information first. Contact the carrier directly for the fastest resolution. You may also contact GARIKDOG for assistance. GARIKDOG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
