Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GARIKDOG. We want you to be happy with your purchase of home décor and textile products. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return items, request exchanges, and receive a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 natural days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Remain in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged

  • Products past the return period

2. How to Start a Return

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Wait for our confirmation

We will verify whether your return is eligible and send you detailed return instructions.

Ship your return to our warehouse in China

The full return address and return authorization number will be provided in your return confirmation email. Do not send returns to the original shipping address. Items returned to other addresses (e.g., U.S. addresses) cannot be processed.

Keep your shipping proof

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is completed. You are responsible for properly packaging and sending the return items.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons (e.g., not liking the item, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong item shipped or product quality issues), we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

  • All returns are subject to a handling fee of 1% of the product price.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely.

GARIKDOG will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping, or

  • The wrong item was delivered

Please contact GARIKDOG with clear photos and a description of the issue before sending items back.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges (for example, for a different color, pattern, or size) are generally possible but depend on availability.
Please contact GARIKDOG before sending items back to confirm your options.
Exchanges follow the same return rules and return address as above. In some cases, it may be faster to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

5. Refunds

Once returned items arrive at our warehouse and are inspected to ensure they meet return conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 natural days.

  • Applicable handling fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as specified.

  • Refunds may be adjusted if items are not returned in their original condition, as permitted by applicable law.

6. Items That Arrive Defective or Damaged

If your GARIKDOG product arrives defective, damaged, or materially not as described, please contact us promptly:

Attach clear photos and a short description of the issue. GARIKDOG will work with you to provide a fair solution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund once the item is returned

7. Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, please contact GARIKDOG before filing a chargeback. We aim to resolve problems fairly. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with your bank or payment provider.

8. Your Legal Rights

This Refund & Return Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If those laws grant additional rights beyond what is described here, those rights remain in force.
