All returns are subject to a 1% handling fee. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to GARIKDOG. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refund Process and Timing

Once the returned items are received and inspected to ensure they meet return conditions, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 natural days. Applicable handling fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as specified.
